The Genesee County Hispanic Latino Collaborative (GCHLC), also known as La Placita, provides language, education, employment, as well as food and water services to the Genesee County community. With a focus on undocumented and documented Hispanic-Latino community members, GHLC organizes for language justice and clean water for all.
